Cant learn Necromancy at the university. Bug or feature? V0.8.2

No idea if this is a bug or not
but I cant learn necromancy at the university. Is this intentional or not?

I will need to look into this to be sure, but most likely it is due to Necromancy being unobtainable by Witches.

If I recall correctly, it was set to be available for Witches and Warlocks. Perhaps some settings might have been unchecked.

This is most probably set in HCTRAITS.TXT, we will need to check the mod files.

Yes, I checked HCTRAITS.TXT and it is indeed because the probability of the skill being offered to any other class than Necromancers is zero. I could be open for setting this value at 1 for Warlocks and/or Witches, similar to how it is in H2 with Warlocks.

Contrary, Necromancer cannot learn Leadership or First Aid at the University.

Originally, I thought that Witch (in her theoretical final design) should have some attributes of Voodoo cults, which is basically all and the same affinity for Necromancy. Warlocks, at the same time, are canonically able to learn Necromancy because well, you are obviously not born a Necromancer, you just have to be some kind of a spellcaster with a broken moral compass.

The file could be distributed separately in cases like these. To make it work, it's enough to put the edited HCTRAITS.TXT here:

[your game]/Mods/The Succession Wars 0.8.2/

So, if the topicstarter would like to have the fix, we can provide it in this fashion.

By the way, we have to think about First Aid in the case of the Necromancer - because, well, Necromancer's Blacksmith produces First Aid Tents.

Or, a separate war machine should be designed, but that is for later.
