Nice drafts! I must remind that we already have a nice Graveyard from Agar, requiring only minor adjustments.

If you started doing it, please post here the draft in pixels so we can see how much potential it has. The pencil sketch can be also useful for the development history, so I'll save it somewhere.

Looking very nice! There is an issue I must point out. Your choice of perspective is very similar to the one of already existing Graveyard (the bank):
and even more looking like H2 beta Graveyard (but it was probably intended):
This brings us unnecessary similarity, which is already blooming for Pyramids (we have 4 different types of them... crazy enough). The previous iteration of the Graveyard had a more convenient perspective correlating somehow with some other dwellings.
However, there are a lot of useful elements. First is the arc, which is absent on Agar's graveyard while we probably require it, so I guess I will copy it there and work with it. Also, your tree is looking excellent and will be definitely used. I don't know yet about the fence, but it also has very good chances to be implemented.
Your position of the entrance may also be more convenient for us (in terms of flag placement, to be more specific) so that I'll need to check that too.

Agar's one lack perspective at all Should I fix it or focus on other dwellings that must be redone?

Tell this to the original map objects
I am just used to call isometry and any other types of projection as perspective. Can't blame an amateur in drawing.

If you have an inspiration to do so, you can do that. However, progress with other dwellings seems to be more valuable - I can do well with fixing the current one.

Hell yeah, that's looking no less than excellent. With such tempos we'll finish all animations really soon. The only fix I'd suggest is additional attention to the blade of the spear, which currently displays (too much) notable bright pixels on some frames during the walk animation. The white line on the blade should be a little more straight on these frames and everything should be fine.
I'll bring something to the forum in the evening, too.

If Sir Albe is reading this topic, he can start making it I will send the graphics (if required) soon. Sir Albe, please use Imgur for all the pictures to avoid the strange image display bug we discussed.
UPD. Sir Albe, please create blank threads for Witch and Dervish then, to ensure you are the topicstarter (I explained why I need it to be like this as you remember). I will fill it accordingly and you will be able to update it when you will be more free.

The easiest way I came up with when I made tribal is that I cut it in little moving pieces, ofc I had to REDRAW almost everything, but then it is only the case of moving and turning (then fixing missing pixels) individual parts on their place, fitting other parts, checking how it works, making some variety (4 wing states in flying animation for example or moving limbs) and that is that. 140 diferent layers, poses, frames etc XD
Edit// It is also important to think about it as 3D model, to be able to redraw it from other angle (see death animation) and to know the dynamics (changing moving direction in the air takes 2 frames to stop and start moving in other dir)

Outstanding result! Very great job, I'm happy that you are with us.
One suggestion from me is concerning the Death animation, more specifically - the corpse.
As you may have noticed, in Heroes 2 the corpses for many creatures are drawn in perspective (which sometimes creates difficulties in the Death animation specifically). Currently, the Wasp's corpse has its wings (look at the upper one especially) in a projection similar to the general concept. If you have time and inspiration, please adjust the wings so they will also satisfy the perspective. I'm already sure you are able to do this easily.
Also, the only thing left for the creature is the Defend animation (if it will be ready, the creature will become fully complete for v1.0, which sounds tempting). However, currently we use already existing frames for H2 creatures to compose something looking more or less like the defensive stance. So that, it's up on you completely.
