(ver 1.2.1) No mouse pointer in the game!?

Fresh install of HeroesII+PoL (but not the GoG version, my original CD version. ^^)
Ran the game, no mouse inside. With a good guess I can put the invisible cursor on the wanted button but mahh you got it

and then I tried to put full screen... Game crashes.

I try to re-open it, and it crashes? (I guess it's because it kept the Fullscreen mode...)

Uninstall/re-install.
Game crashes.

Where is stored the windows size? (maybe if I turn of the full screen manually...)

With: Windows 10, laptop screen 16:9
