I am afraid we have no such list, but most units added before the v0.8 beta are either removed as the upgrade for the centaur or changed as it has happened for Witch and Dervish units. We had to manually fix older maps to implement the new additions, so I am afraid you have to do the same for your map.

That map should be considerably old by now. We removed all "extra" upgrades long time ago, before v0.8.1 I think.
There is little hope that new upgrades appear soon, and even if they do, they will concern Witch and Dervish.
