Hello. Of course having a documentation will be nice in future - I just don't have it in English, and it constantly changes during the development.
Something can be learned from our Russian forum branch where we get help from the community from time to time.
The to-do list was eventually moved to a closed board so there will be less spoilers and less broken hopes.
Regarding programming, a piece of information still exists in Russian though.
Basically, what we need from people
is listed in the Recruitment Point thread. We need more than that, but I am okay with it currently, because I am more interested in people who write to me directly and show interest - the talk is usually individual anyway. I just don't have all time in the world for constant updates of 2 forums in different languages (with the development going on the background).
Some guidelines for some easier tasks will still be created in future, because I already have some drafts for those.
Basically, when I will be ready and free enough to coordinate a bigger team and even to conduct some "auditions", the community will know about that. For now, we are too busy preparing for some real-life activities regarding the project which are happening in April, and it's more convenient to get Russian-speaking help because I spend time 2x more efficiently on coordination that way.
