I am sincerely hyped about the feature. The old "vote message" buttons were, well, a little bit inappropriate. I don't like people having their messages marked red, because it demotivates them to write anything, while we all want the opposite.
I don't think dislike button is also that necessary because of the same effect, so I'd stick to "Like" or nothing like it was done on my native DF2 forum, if that was ever an option. They renamed it to "Thank you" to avoid further misconception, too.
Anyhow, great news indeed!

I changed the design of the button, I hide the small images, and could not change the text with css, but I can hide the text => it will make just an empty button. There is probably somewhere we can change the text of the dislike button... I searched it, but I couln't find it. It should be near the +/- vote buttons that you found @Orzie. So, for now, I just hide the "Dislike" Button.

Thank you very much! I think this is enough. I hope you share my thoughts on the whole approach with people liking posts.

For me, "I like" buttons are just a "Watched/I did read it" buttons. I tend to prefer things like the "5 stars rating system" that there were in the old youtube. It's normal that some people push dislike. If there is no choice between like and dislike, then the "like" has no real meaning => it can become a "red it" mark. But I understand that getting negative votes (Dislikes) can put the morale down.

I just noticed that the cursor is somehow broken. It's maybe a temporary block from my web-hosting... maybe because of the frequency of the forum (~10 users are reading the forum at any time...) : some images (and cursors) are hosted on http://homm2.free.fr/ but if there is too much requests, the host free.fr tend to "close" the usage of files; the free hosting is to make free websites, not to store files to use for another company/forum/website/etc. So, Tonight or Tomorrow, if the cursor is still broken, I'll revert it to the normal cursor of your computer.

Yeah, I can confirm this happening on my end as well. A bit sad to lose the nice custom cursors, but it is better than no cursor at all.

Sad, but then let's return to "usual cursors".
edit : Done, custom cursors disabled.

2020/8/7 You can now "c@ll" someone in your messages; for exemple @GodRage The user you called should get a notification. Later on I may try to give a better look to this "mini-profile popup", if I see that this feature is well used.
Moderators can now use the hashtag. For exemple #test

2022/7/13 With request of ihhub, I created a new category "Game Engine Guild" for fheroes2 as fheroes2 is not a mod, it is a rewriting of the source code of the game with QoL included... Modding the original game and modding the fheroes2 game won't be the same: fheroes2 should/will give wider possibilities. Anyway, it's not modding, as it add only QoL and bugfixes compared to original game actually.

It seems we got a new member, Avydas624, who doesn't talk much about HoMM, but rather "Authentic damsels", Link to post
Can our dear moderators save us from these "authentic damsels" posts?

I used my magic points to hypnose that bot. I guess now it's fine. Thank you for the report
