Greetings,

I am well aware that such a topic already exists but since it's locked I deemed it necessary to create another one in order to share some information I was able to gather while playing the beta.

It seems that dwellings not providing extra recruits per week is... random.

In some games owning three additional Cathedrals resulted in +3 Crusaders per week and in some did not.

Funnily enough, it only provided Crusaders for just one of my Castles and did not affect the rest.

Alright. Please specify the map formats you played, and the difference between them in regards to what you see with the growth bonus from dwellings.

Heroes 1 maps (former RoE) are marked with the red square with a big H letter.
Heroes 2 maps (former AB) are marked with the familiar Ironfist family crest (lion shield).
Heroes 3 maps (former SoD) are marked with Sandro's face.
H3SW maps (former WoG) are marked with MMVI red dragon face.

If some of the maps were generated by RMG, this is also a valuable information.

Note however, that all your savegames will be marked as H3SW maps. This is a bug-feature of ERA platform. You can just specify the map name so I will know exactly which map has the problem.

P.S. In fact, to this day we managed to fix this bug to 95% of cases, but some things still need to be done for v0.8.1 update.

Dear Orzie,

For some time I tend to play RMG maps exclusively. I find them way more enjoyable than pre-made scenarios.

I'm not sure if it's going to be helpful in any way but here's the save:

Unfortunately, I cannot provide you with the save demonstrating the issue described above as I don't have the access to that particular game.

However, the save I uploaded shows yet another problem. Thatched Hut (Peasants) does not provide extra units per week whereas every other Knight dwelling works just fine for all the Castles.

PS. Can I PM you when I find anything else during testing? I don't want to create a new topic every time I bump into sth disturbing (especially when it is related to the same bug).

Sure, you can.

I close threads to mark the issue as fixed for v0.8.1, so perhaps creating another thread is okay too. I'll be sure to remove it if necessary.

To this day, all external dwellings except Green Tower are fixed in terms of creature growth bonus. But, I'll take a look at the save anyway.
