[H3SW v0.8.0] Dwarfs can resist ally spells

Sorceress's Dwarfs can resist ally spells cast by the Player. In the Dwarf's description there a note that their resistance should block only enemy spells.

Didn't know how to provide media but managed to do this. There is a note about spell block in the combat log while the only hero on the battlefield is the one controlled by me. Spells I wanted to cast on Dwarf and were resisted so far: Haste, Shield.

In general, Magic Resistance currently is broken working in a similar fashion.
