Inaccessible POIs in Realm of Chaos

we've played the map Realm of Chaos recently and came across these 2 inaccessible points of interest:

Inaccessible POIs in Realm of Chaos Realm-11

also, this magical garden is only accessible, if you visit the seer-hut right of it before. and you also can only exit the area again via the seer hut. so this also doesn't seem quite right.

PS: once again i can only say, that this MOD is the most awesome way to play Heroes! Rock!
