As I already explained in another answer.
These are similar but different bugs to me.

The head of the horse cut off is tied to the graphics display priority.

In the case of the lighthouse it's different.
Sometimes it's displayed, sometimes it's not and/or it's intermittent when the view is changed or when the hero is moving.
