[duplicate entry] Game crashes when I attack the certain creatures

My hero is Sorceress Serena whose specialty is diplomacy. I guess the problem may be her specialty or diplomacy, beacuause the game crash would not happen when I control other hero, who don't learn diplomacy, to attack the same creature.

The other Bug is that some magic scrolls don't work, just like Resurrection and Counterstrike
My spell book don't exist these spells when I'm equipped the two scroll in my misc.

By the way, the steps of hero are too small every turn , although my hero has the Expert Logistics
Maybe it's my illusion.
