Checked both equipped and unequipped Tax Lien. My gold income was 500 gold during tests.

Yes, this is known. Also, gold-giving specialties (+350) and Estates skill stopped working for some reason too. Currently investigating.

If you have time, please check if all resource-giving artifacts actually work.

The ones that give money work for me. (Goose, endless whatever there are of them)

Resource giving specialities seem to work.

I checked the Pouch of Crystals and Pouch of Gems. Both are working as expected.
