Duplicating Hero Problem

I'm reporting a different bug now where the same hero appears in multiple places. I have the 2 saved games but the website doesn't seem to allow attaching gm1 files. In the first save, the hero (Lord Kilbern), who was defeated and later recruited, appears on the map, while in my first castle he also appears with the same stats and units, only when you enter the castle screen. You cannot see a hero inside the castle. It prevents me from recruiting a hero inside the castle. When I right click on the castle, it doesn't show any troops. In the second save game, the hero retreated. I did not recruit the hero again but the same hero is in the castle with starting peasants, but once again, the hero is not visible outside the castle. However, at the location of where the hero was defeated, near a purple wizard castle at the bottom of the map, Lord Kilbern is there, and I can move him. However his portrait isn't on the right side, and he has the same starting troops as in the castle. If I recruit the hero in a castle different than the knight castle, it immediately teleports the hero to that castle and the hero at the bottom of the map disappears.
