Kastore attacks Halon.
Titans shoot Genies.
Halon casts "Summon Water Elementals".
Kastore casts Fire Ball on Water Elementals.

Then bug, "The fireball does 50 damage."

Kastore has Spell Power 10.
Fireball and Fireblast spells do 10 damage per Spell Power, so 100 damage when the spell is cast by Kastore.
Fire spells do x2 damage to Water Elemental, so 200 damage when the spell is cast by Kastore on Water Elementals.

Halon has the Fire Cloak which halves all damage done to troops by fire spells, therefore the damage should be 100 points and not 50 points.
Also, when the Fireblast spell is cast, the message displays "Fireball" instead of "Fireblast".
