Is there any way to change music to price of loyalty edition or non-opera version (midi) as an option?

Hi YhyJasne. Currently the only way to do it is to change the mp3 files manually. That means you have to switch out the corresponding mp3 files with files of the PoL music. This should be done in the mp3 folder of your mod package.
I can try to create a small package for you during the weekend with both SW and PoL files, so you can just copy the files you want into your mod version Also, I will answer you creature balance post soon.

Alright, here it is Link
I uploaded both SW and PoL themes from the classic H2 towns. What you need to do is select all the six mp3 files from the version you want and copy them into your mod mp3 folder. Probably it is called something like this "\Heroes 3 Complete\Mods\The Succession Wars 0.8.1\mp3".
I hope you enjoy the sweet themes of the Price of Loyalty

Sir Albe, is it opera/CD PoL music or generated from midi music? Orzie does have the last one cause I've sent it him long ago.

It is just the opera PoL themes taken from the CD. Maybe we will have a more incorporated way of doing this along with the addition of the midi music, but I haven't talked with Orzie about it yet. It probably isn't a priority at the moment.

I once recorded most the midi musics in ogg files for a Minecraft resource pack. Some are opera, but there is most adventure map midi musics.
Here is the link: http://godrage.online.fr/minecraft/resourcepacks/Homm2%20Musics%201.13.zip
(Because it's for Minecraft, the names of the files will be strange, you will have to rename them.)
With audacity, we can transform the ogg into mp3, and it's also with this program that i recorded manually the midi music of H2/PoL. My computer being not holding a good sound card, maybe someone else can record an higher quality of midi musics into an m3/ogg.

MIDI musics/sounds are in the .AGG file. All the opera musics/sounds are in the CDA.

I decided to go one step further and created a whole mp3 folder with MIDI music. To be more precise: - I replaced most of the tracks with MIDI versions - tracks not having their MIDI equivalents were replaced with silence - towns have PoL MIDI music - dervish town music was replaced with the desert's theme - some currently unused tracks were untouched
MIDI to mp3 conversion was quite tricky, I used solmire.com (Saphyr 200 soundfont) to make it sound like in Heroes 2 (at least on my PC). It was a bit of work, but I had to do it, so I thought it's worth sharing: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Li2XChyVqC9ZPbJEdcth1KwUD8RsCPTr
Sources, if you wanted to customise more: - MIDI music, but SW version (how many sundtracks exist for this game? Note that these are quite fast, I had to slow everything down by 10%): http://www.mirsoft.info/gmb/music_info.php?id_ele=MTQxNjk= - MIDI PoL town music: http://www.vgmpf.com/Wiki/index.php?title=Heroes_of_Might_and_Magic_II:_The_Price_of_Loyalty_(W32)

Quite some + some musics * 2 -1 = number of soundtracks
Most of battle/movements SFX are (kind of 8bits) WAV in the game. some adventure map event (visiting well/lutin/...)+ musics are in Compact Disc Audio track format. So that's quite a lot. The midi themes are in midi, (*2) midi is lacking of Ocean theme. (-1)
