This bug comes from wrong installation and is a problem of HD Mod.

In HD Mod Launcher, find a Tweaks tab and write this line:

<Fix.Cosmetic>=0

[H3SW v0.8.0] Heroes 3 buildings on Townscreens, shifted and/or unclickable JFJQo4Z

The bug will be gone.
