Bug: Movement points at start of the game

Launch HEROES2W.EXE or ironfist.exe ver 0.8.4
Start a New Game and select the map "test mov start" as blue player (MULTI-PLAYER --> HOT SEAT --> 2 PLAYERS --> ORIGINAL MAP)
At start of the game, the artifacts and secondary skills related to movement points are not taken into account for the blue player, poor guy.
Now, look at the movement bar for the blue heroes, either they all have the same length, and this, even for the hero located in the town despite he has slower troops (speed 2, and speed 4 for the others heroes), either they have different lengths (it's random, and you will certainly need to restart a new game several times for this to happen).
End turn.
It seems ok for the green player.
End turn.
Everything seems to work correctly for the blue player.
