Can not generate random maps.

If you mean creating random maps through the Map Editor then yes, that isn't working at the moment, but you should still be able to play random generated maps through the in-game RMG.

Actually, if I recall correctly, there was some kind of mechanism where you could open the map you just generated in the game. I can't check right now, but I had some vague memory of doing something like that.

Sorry, I don't understand. Do you encounter crashes while trying to create a Random Map in the Single Player menu?
