[Fheroes2] Graphics Tools For Fheroes2

Have you ever thought about making a simple little program that would transform a .png file (and/or other file formats) into a .bmp file with the appropriate palette (the colors are transformed to the closest value to the Heroes 2 palette) in a simplified way for people who are more graphic oriented.

Something very specific to fheroes2 with the certainty of the result obtained.
It would make it much easier to integrate new graphics into the game.

This would be awesome!!!!

1/ Maybe that already exists.
The H2 palette is a 256 colors palette.
So do gif images.
We just need a program in which we can select the palette when we export/save in gif!
With the hope that this program can pick the closest color in the palette...

2/ An exe file that would convert hundreds of images into H2palette image in a row, that would be great...but maybe not much more useful than the "1/"  

It would be useful to have the colors in an "exact" palette as there are colors used for color animation of graphics (ocean, phoenix, etc.) in Heroes 2.
And being able to transform graphics in batches rather than one at a time would save a lot of time.

A new rendering engine transforms any colors on an image into the closest color from the original palette. We don't have such tool and the need for it as we don't draw new graphics in the game right now.

It's easy to create such tool but not now as modding is not our priority.

It's always nice to know that when the need will comes it will be easy to create such a tool.
Beyond version 1.0 therefore.
