[H3SW 0.8.2] AI enemy is able to buy a hero in my town

I was casually playing random map and something weird happended, the AI enemy player(red) buys/have in the castle a hero after I captured the town. The hero doesn't have any army. No allies.
I attached a savefile, You can replicate the bug everytime after ending the turn. It doesn't matter if there is my hero in the castle or not.

I looked into this strange bug and was able to replicate it every time. As you described, the enemy red hero without any army appears in the town no matter what when the next turn is started. I have never seen this particular issue before, and since it occurred in a random generated map, it may be difficult to reproduce.

I wonder if this is a bug of the base game or rather a modification. Like You mentioned the problem is it's hard to reproduce. I try to remind myself of something specific in the gameplay but nothing comes to my mind, beside the fact that I obtained the scroll of Town Portal a few turns before the bug occured, but I don't think it's related.
When You reload the savegame in multiplayer, the orange AI have area spells. Maybe red is somehow correlated with orange bot in this bug, killing both armies on the battlefield with a spell is the first thing I think about, but when I tried it during castle siege both heroes just dies.

I can try to reload older safegame to replay a few turns in the same way as possible.

Edit: I tried to replay the game and orange player can have a debt.

Unfortunetelly I can't replicate the bug with hero without any army anymore. I guess the mod doesn't like some random map templates or it's just base game bug.
