It looks like it - note it says that "You cannot reply to topics in this forum". I guess those ads are part of the forum software, but they may only show when not logged in.

I'd noticed those too. I thought that they were part of the forum at first, so I clicked on one and it sent me to another site.
It does seem to only pop-up when you're not logged in. I'm not sure as to why they're even there in the first place, but please be careful with them. Who knows what kind of junk is attached to those sites.

There is a lot of problems with ads actually, and that was a huge problem for me to invite new users. I think about contributing money to the hosting owner to get rid of them.
Still, AdBlock works fine, but I would encourage everyone to simply disregard ads.
