I've got this during a normal gameplay. I installed everything correctly and not hoaxing the files (yet [H3SW v0.8.0] Altar of Wishes Sprite is incorrect 1596093194). Game launches correctly everything is nearly good but i found this on the oasis town. Any idea what to do with this?

Oh I only see now, i already visited t your advice and did this cosmetics 0 option but it remains on my saved game. Maybe this is because the save? I relaunched the game after the comsetics 0 setting.
