So do you wanna translate your whole website into Spanish? May I ask why? I mean, the homepage is awfully translated (Cervantes is roaring down in the Netherworld, hehehe), but I think's useless, in general terms. Anyway, I can help you out on this.

Perhaps I'll be able to do it during this weekend. Still interested?

I answer probably too late hahahaha xD

Why translating?
Actually there is no H2 website providing all the data of the game. In french version my website miss very few things. ^^
After I translate the website totally in English/and others languages, I plan to put "Ironfist" datas in it, and also others patchs modifications in it. And this second step will be good for the Enroth community. Smile
(I don't know if I will put H3SW datas on it after, I will see how it evolve^^)
So, that's why I want to translate it in many languages. ^^

So finally it's done! I hope I haven't disrupted the code, man. I found several troubles translating the text out of the context, so that's why I tried to take a look at your website from time to time.

I should see how the things work out, so when you set the text online, let me know in case I have to change anything.

By the way, it was a multilingual translation (English, French into Spanish), such a task! Razz

Some remarks

-The so called "upgraded buildings"... In the process of translating this expression, I chose to use the participle "promocionado/a" (prom.), instead of other flawed options like "mejorado" (enhanced) or "ascendido".  

-Summon Boat: I'm not sure whether I understood properly the definition of "friendly boat", I mean, a friendly boat is a ship recently builded by you or any other player (an empty one), doesn't it?

-"Rocs" are rocs, in English or any other language: https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rokh

-I've translated "MainTower" into "Torre del Homenaje", 'cause that's its very meaning (https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Donjon).

-As you know, some expressions or concepts in a language, can't fit in other, so that's why I've tried to be more... "creative" making up the definition of the spells . Eg. "Town Gate" becomes "¡Ah del Castillo!", a medieval Spanish expression used to gain access to the castle. And so on.

In H2, a friendly boat is a boat that starts on the map on Day 1 that hasn't been boarded, OR a boat that you have built (and that hasn't been boarded yet by anyone) or were the last to use. A boat needs to be both "friendly" and "empty" to summon it, and if no boats fit this criteria, Summon Boat fails. Boats that have a hero in them can never be summoned, even by their own side, as it would make it too easy to appear all over the map if you have other heroes with Summon Boat in far-flung places.

Even though they don't have a flag when they are empty (interesting fact - in H4 empty boats do have flags unlike previous Heroes games - they are like capturable empty armies, same as garrisons), the game remembers the last player to use them. If no-one has used them, they can be summoned by anyone (not sure if a player becomes the "owner" of a boat just by summoning it, or whether they have to board it first). However, once a player has boarded a certain boat, it is "owned" by that player until another player boards or it is lost - a boat is lost when a hero in that boat loses a battle (completely, or flee or surrender).

Yes I have heard about homm2.com but everything is in russian/Google-Translate. So, in my opinion it's in russian only. Wink
It's sad because apocalypse made a good homm2 site; there is plenty of rare files! Smile
But I didn't found any "Heroes2w.exe" in russian. to download. :p (Or I have to DL the right Russian H2 game and then take the Heroes2w.exe from it...)

For the explanation (newspaper/pdf article style), you can make it in this topic, I will be then able to put it well on the page.
Or, if you feel strong enough in HTML, you can put it in HTML code. Smile (mahhh I think outside the bold italic underline and images tag, you won't need anything else lol)
