Unpassable points on Monk's Retreat

I've encountered 2 points of the map "Monk's Retreat", that should be passable, but are not. i've checked the sections in question with original HoMM3. (see image below)

btw: i absolutely LOVE your mod! it's indeed the best of both worlds. MANY thanks for making this!
