No/wrong Hero for orange player in Broken Alliance

In Broken Alliance, the orange player has no hero. Instead a blue hero is standing in front of his castle. I guess thats a bug.

This is identical to how the map is in H2 (but just to be precise, it is not a blue, but purple hero in both H2 and H3SW), just look at the screenshot below.
However, it is peculiar that the other two playable colors have a starting hero at about this location. Then again, the map is (very) asymmetrically balanced between the different colors (especially purple), so it may be difficult to guarantee that this is a slip-up in the original H2. For now, I guess we will leave it as it is.

I played demo to death and know it is orange player on that map so I checked maybe its a bug in gold with gog and its orange player there also.


Finally I checked editor, maybe its some editor bug, and it turned out editor creator is color blind, orange and purple are both purple.

Two new heros: left orange, right purple.

I checked the map in-game and it seems you are correct. The hero does belong to Orange, but appears Purple in the Map Editor. Thanks for reporting this bug!! Broken Alliance is one of my favorite maps, so I am glad to have this bug fixed
