Tons of fully animated creatures from various MM games

Hello all!  I have been working on a mod for 8-ish years that incorporates content from all of the MM and HOMM games and is, in a sense, a tribute to the series, though the art is all done in the Heroes 2 style. Using the Typhon and Mixed Neutrals mods (along with others), the goal is to have every creature from every game, with neutral stacks now comprised of several random monster types as opposed to one monster spread across 7 stacks.  Variety in battles and maps is a big part of the funfactor in the old heroes games, in my opinion. Overland maps, castles, and interface graphics have all been completed.

Anyhow, just wanted to share a handful of creatures I made and animated. I did borrow a few from various forums and edit them (like the manticore) and I also touched up a few of the source creatures.  Each is tied to a specific creature from one of the games, spanning MM1 to MM10 (check facebugger). With the exception of the gator and colossus/robot creature, all are fully animated. If anyone would like to contribute or help with this project, please PM me.

I'll post some gameplay vids too in a bit, but for now, here are some creatures:

Some fancy creatures, some H3SW creatures, some interesting creatures, some unpleasant creatures.
I hope to see them animated someday.

ps: I hope you asked H3SW team about using their sprites.

Heheh thanks! I modeled the new one after Heroes 3 devil, and I really tried to stay true to all of the source creatures in all of the designs. The diamong golem from MM3 Isles of Terra took forever, as did the Gnasher from Heroes 4.

It's fun to watch. But also painful (360p with watermark)... OBS studio is a free program to record your screen, easy to use, you should give a try for your next video.

Will do! At least you can see the original sprite sheet clearly and that they are indeed animated = ). Many many more creatures to create from the various games.
