Currently, there is no way to change the level of a hero.

SetHeroLevel(hero, level, levelup)
hero: the hero to which you want to set the level (see, for example, GetHero).
level: the level at which you want to set the hero.
levelup: can be set to "0" or "1".
- "0" the hero don't get primary skill(s) and secondary skill(s).
- "1" the hero "level up" and he gets primary skill(s) and the user can choose the secondary skill(s) the hero gets (as usual).

Sets the level of the specified hero. The hero can "level up" or not.

AddHeroLevel(hero, quantity, levelup)
hero: the hero to which you want to add level (see, for example, GetHero).
quantity: the quantity of levels you want to add to the hero.
levelup: can be set to "0" or "1".
- "0" the hero don't get primary skill(s) and secondary skill(s).
- "1" the hero "level up" and he gets primary skill(s) and the user can choose the secondary skill(s) the hero gets (as usual).

Adds the specified quantity of level(s) to the specified hero. The hero can "level up" or not.
